Yeah, but breaking up with someone over reasons only known to you is different than the pain felt when your partner/love bluntly chooses his family over you. I've had an instance where I stopped talking to someone because I knew they couldn't put in the effort and make me a priority before them even openly saying it... because that latter part would've hurt more. I know it sounds stupid but oh well 🤣

It was trash. It took me forever to finish it. It was a lazy watch, I put it on so I could get some chores done. If it was a good film, I would have stopped doing my chores and glued my eyes to the TV. Did it manage to do that? No. Did I finish my chores? No. Did I die tho? Also no

LOL

Ranbir worst performance ! Movie didn't make any sense at all

Airport scene was the lamest scene of all. Movie wouldve been so much better if that OTT drama was deleted.

Maybe they would have seen the movie in theatres. Given the atrocity/nonsense from the start, the Airport scene might have come across as a relief, therefore, hilarious (within the movie's context).

No, i watched it in the cinema and the airport drama gave a headache to me and my husband. We ran out as soon as the movie was over.

I just failed to understand whose point was right

Shraddha's or Ranbir's because the family was annoying and they didn't even apologize properly in the end

What was the whole point of the movie

Nonsense film. It was neither a comedy sort of film like SKTKS nor rom com type like Yjhd, etc. Whitewashed faces of Ranbir & Shraddha annoyed me a lot. Even songs didn't work for me except Bedardeya & to some extent, show me the thumka. Extremely overhyped film.

Mid budget films like ZHZB & SatyaPrem Ki Katha are way better with better acting

How did you guys sit through this. My sibling sent me an ig reel of her scene with Kartik and I thought I forgot to do the dishes and they were sending me the movie reels as a punishment

It just means they need privacy and space from an entire group of people. The same way a girl leaves her family behind and she does not totally stop interacting with them. The man can do the same. Ranbir's family in the film was cute. But probably most girls would be in Shraddha's character's position.

You can very much stay in touch with your family and be under a different roof. Spend quality time with you wife and kids. And take out a slotted amount of time to spend with you parents and relatives. A proper compromise would have been them building a separate flat upstairs or moving next door. But no as most movies of the director the girl had to be shown wrong.

And Shraddha and Ranbir were both bad. IMO!

the whole movie was stupid but the stupidest part was that in the end, none of her very real concerns even mattered. she just gave up on them and had the exact life that she... did not want...? wtf? 😆
