You have to take a deep breath, and allow the music to flow through you. Revel in it, allow yourself to be in awe. When you play, allow the music to break your heart with its beauty. Music touches us emotionally, where words alone can’t.

Happy music day! I always enjoy reading your posts, Madhuri. The sentences beautifully flowed and all of the sentences showed your emotions and thoughts about music. Yes, music brings solace and peace of mind to all the people. Even if we listen to the instrumental 🎸🎷 versions of songs we feel glad. Music transports us to a different realm and we sometimes do not want to come back from that realm. Music provides us an amazing world where we can find enjoyment and pleasure.

I watched the French biopic of Edith Piaf. It is a beautiful and heart-wrenching movie!

Happy Music day❤️Thank you, Shirsha for the good words and appreciation, which you expressed in a beautiful way. To live is to be musical, starting with the heartbeat and the blood dancing in your veins. Everything in life has a rhythm.

In 2009, archeologists excavating a cave near Southern Germany discovered a flute carved from the wing bone of a vulture. This artifact is now recognized as one of the oldest musical instruments discovered in archaeology. This means that human beings have created and listened to music for over 40,000 years!

This is ‘Song of the River’, an instrumental music track from album Sound Scapes - Music of the Rivers - Hariprasad Chaurasia & Shiv Kumar Sharma’ by Pandit Hari Prasad Chaurasia on flute. As an internationally acclaimed flautist of India, Pandit Chaurasia is a rare combination of an innovator and a traditionalist. He has significantly expanded the expressive possibilities of classical North Indian flute- playing through his masterful blowing technique and his unique adaptation of alaap and jod to the flute. He has composed music for many films and albums in collaboration with renowned santoor player Pandit Shiv Kumar Sharma.
