Kartik's House:
Gayatri worried that Suhana hasn't come home yet. Kartik comes home. Ga & Par share their concern with them. Just then Suhana calls, she is in a hotel room somewhere. She says it's raining and she will stay back with her friends that night. While she is talking, someone knocks at her door; she opens it and finds Angad slightly drunk, with a canister in his hands, still drinking. He asks her to disconnect the phone. Suhana still talking in between; Angad tries to touch her, Suhana fends him off tells her mom she will call later, Angad pushes her onto the bed throws her phone away, Suhana shouts in surprise, Ga hears it over the phone, gets concerned. Angad disconnects the phone. Angad tries to force himself on Suhana, Suhana resists and tries to make him understand, he relents but is angry with her and leaves. Gayatri is very worried. Anusha says it's just her imagination, Suhana is fine, and she is with friends. Kartik & Par also console her.
Kartik's room:
Kartik & Anusha sleeping all cozy on the bed. Anusha is praising Kartik for the house etc. Asks if he is tired and wants his feet massaged. Kartik is surprised, says ehat did you want to ask. Anusha says some of her friends wanted a party for the new house. Kartik asks her to refuse; says considering Shubh's predicament it's not nice to have a party now. Anusha says she couldn't refuse, how could she tell her friends that Shubh is in a muddle with gundas. She says I am equally worried for him, but I can't tell all this to my friends. But she says, still I will say no to my friends. Kartik says not to refuse; Anusha says I will just have a quiet dinner with them, not a full-fledged party. Kartik says how to explain that to his parents, Anusha says she will handle it.
Kartik's house, family room:
Ga & Par sitting around, drinking tea served. Ga concerned that Suhana hasn't returned yet. Par doesn't like tea, says it would have been better if Ga had made it. Ga gets up to make some, Anusha comes in and says not to spoil the cook's habits. Takes paper that Par has on his lap. Par says he hasn't finished reading it yet. Anusha says he can read it later, as he doesn't work anymore. Says Kartik wants the newspaper, after he leaves for work Par can read it. Then she says, there is good news for you both. She has arranged for some trip for that evening, sounded like some visit to a temple somewhere. She asks them to invite the Tiwari's also if they want to. Par says that's very good. Someone rings the doorbell; Ga says she will check. Anusha stops her; call the servant to check instead. Suhana walks in. Ga asks where she was; she had heard a boy's voice on the phone. Anusha intervenes, says Suhana looks so tired; maybe you can talk to her later. She says there is nothing wrong if there are a few boys in her friends circle, it's not a big deal. Asks Suhana to go to her room. Suhana nods and leaves. Ga & Par look at each other troubled.
Kartik's house, dinner table:
Ga, Par, Kartik having dinner. Anusha joins them. Par having difficulty-eating paratha with knife and fork. Ga tries to explain it to him. Kartik says not to worry and asks him to eat with hands and joins him as well. Par tells Kartik that Anusha has arranged for a trip for them this evening. Kartik says but there is a small party that evening, asks them if Anusha hasn't told them yet. Anusha pretends to have forgotten, Kartik seems annoyed. She tells Ga & Pa she will postpone the trip for tomorrow so they can all enjoy the party. Ga says, before party there should be a havan in the house, it will be shubh for the house. Anusha us annoyed, Par reinforces that. Kartik says they will have havan also, but since party is already arranged, they will have to hold it later. Par says that's fine then. Anusha is happy. Par asks if they can also call a few people. Anusha is annoyed again; Kartik says there is no need to ask, they can definitely call. Ga says not many, just the Tiwari's. Ga is sad Shubh is not there. Kartik says when he comes back they can have an even bigger party and leaves. As soon as he leaves, Anusha screams "Have you gone mad in your old age?". Ga & Par are shocked thinking she is speaking to them. An elderly waiter is behind them; Anusha looks at him and asks him to not touch her dishes with his bare hands.
Kartik's House, family room, party time:
Anusha is pacing the floor; Poornima and Mausi walk in and greet her. They congratulate her and give her a gift, say her house is very beautiful. Mausi asks where her chipku saas & sasur are. Anusha says she had made a beautiful plan to pack them off to a mandir but that failed. They whine some more. Cooks come with some veggie baskets, say badi memsaab has asked them to bring it. Anusha scowls.
Kitchen:
Ga in kitchen with lots of cut veggies in front of her, directing the cooks. Anusha enters with Poornima and Mausi, asks her what she is doing. Ga says she is making food for the guests. Anusha says whoa sked you to make this food, and who will eat these dishes anyways. Ga is hurt. Poornima tries to pacify, tell Ga that Anusha meant to say there are so many cooks in the house, so to take it easy. Also says Anusha has ordered for continental food. Anusha says she is giving this party and her friends will not eat this desi khana. She asks Ga to let the party be her where and goes to get dressed. Episode ends as Ga looks on hurt and sad.
