It's much easier to prove that navshu are financially weak than to prove that birla fam is abusive. Unless shefali agrees to speak in court and even then it's doubtful. Besides being abusive to your wife doesn't automatically mean you can't have father rights.

Abhi has to be the one to give up otherwise there is no redemption. What would ever prompt Ak to give up ? For Abhi there are many reasons. Unless Ak wants to go back to Abhi, she has no reason to give up custody battle.
