He wants her to come back, to make the first move to tell him or to show him that she also wants him and he is not alone in this relationship like Neha always says he knows that she wants him but he wants to hear it in words as this is the only way his insecurities will go away

I was also confused about the scene like what does Murtasim want? And if he wants to leave why didn't he give divorce to her?

I got replies from zooni.blue and Neha_J that he gave the chance to Meerab to decide the future of their relationship.

But there is something confusing and may be we get the clarity in the upcoming episodes.
