Nice analysis Ji.. but it is not legally and practically possible as the complaint was against Ayan. Ayan is the signatory and ex-director of JM group. When all these deals had taken place, Faltu was nowhere in Ayan's life and had no access to any of the papers. I think they will somehow retrieve the papers and even if Ayan is arrested, Faltu may retrieve the papers using her smartness.

The files are missing and there is no soft copy record of the files. So, in the audit, there won't be any proof of the expenditure. The current audit would show a misappropriation as the files/proof of expenditure is missing. Sid has kept those files in his safe locker. So, if Faltu submits those files, then Ayan can be released.

Again, cctv cameras were switched off so that them placing files in the safe locker won't get caught...

My predictions are

It can be a plan of Fayaan to expose Dayaans

It can be Faltu with J or Faltu and Savitha plan to save Ayaan,

A new entry also can b brout in suddenly which can b present positive but will b turned negative.

But @phoenix22 said Faltu can't take charge on her, but she can use her brain n be smart enough and save Ayaan.

But this tym it'll b Tanus n Kanikas nose cut.

We are in checkmate actually, but if we think in all single an ml cannot stay in for long and will defn b saved by fl only.

That would be awesome... The papers need to be taken from the locker. For that, Faltu needs help. As Aarthi ji just mentioned, Faltu's smartness is the key.

Also, Faltu can use her money from cricket to buy back the house... If she gets selected by a huge franchise with lots of money, then paying the mortgage of the house won't be an issue. Then J will understand how selfless and smart his bahu is and that SHE IS NOT A GAWAR... They accused her of being behind money and it would be awesome to see when she spends her money for J's mistake.

What I don't like about J is that he wants to be the CENTRE/CONTROL POINT for everything. He did not consult with his brothers on pawning the house. He did not do it before throwing Ayan out as well. J does not understand CONSENSUS and DISCUSSION. Hope he rectifies his mistake. I seriously think Tanu will threaten the family to throw Faltu out to keep the house. Before that, they have to make some money to close the mortgage. But such huge money in such a short time is close to impossible. This is Faltuverse and anything is possible. Let us hope the writers have mercy and the track has Faltu being selected for a very huge price.

For every move there will b hinder , but leads shld overcome that with the smartness. This track is i think defn for J to accept Faltu.

True!! But I don't want Ayan to be in jail for a long time. He has to get bail (the papers should be out of the safe locker)...
