Some are on YouTube with Urdu dubbing. Personally, I prefer subtitled as I feel Urdu-dubbed takes away from the characters’ emotions.

This type of acting is very very very hard. To smile and laugh differently from character and character, and to make it different from real life this takes years of practice. Even the best actors can't do this consistently.

To me, the smirk felt more like a controlled laugh/shy smile. His smirks are mostly self-assured and confident like the one in the magazine scene. This one felt somehow shy?
Like in episode 13, when Murtasim is walking closer to Meerub, Meerub’s smile looks more like Yumna trying to suppress a grin/laugh.
In the end, they are both great actors with beautiful smiles. ☺️
