In italics Ma begsm’s one daughter being incarnation of Satan , other being dumbest is the way most times things turn out . Parents do their best for the children thinking they have instilled good values in them but that does not happen , it’s usually the other way round . You can’t fault the upbringing . One thing I am happy abt though is that Ma begum was so proud of her upbringing that she used to constantly rant about it so it’s a slap on her face for doing big talks . But at the same time I admire her that despite being so rigid she was ready to give up on her rigidness and almost agreed to this rishta .
it’s not that Meerab is any smart either . Infact I would rate her the dumbest of all. In Maryam’s case we can give a leverage on the account that she has led an extremely sheltered life, was not even allowed to go for friends birthday parties also but in meerabs case toh there was no such thing . She was free to move with anyone , had a make friend as her best friend , there was no restrictions of any kind . Father was a lawyer and they must be discussing his cases sometimes at least …. Then HOW COME she is idiotic and stupid to this level. NO ONE in his or her right mind would like to give their loved ones in a family where the mother has behaved the way Seema did. A person had to be mad to do this . And too just by meeting the guy ONLY once for a few minutes. Meerab of all ppl can not or should not give lectures to ppl.
