Virat is a culprit ..but P is also not innocent. Everytime she got chance to move on but she did nt. She met V in haldi cermony, that means she agreed to marry samrat before that only. Her father asked her to backoff from marriage. Why she gave importance to V vaada than her father's valuable advise.

She never tried to movein with samrat...always she was busy in spoiling sai and virat married life when samrat was alive.

Post samrat death, she got a chance to move on with someone, but no ...she cameback and became illegal surrogate.

I agree rn both the women are facing the some messed up shit, but she isn't even taking into account that jiski maa woh hai, uske wajah se saara raita faila hua hai. She says she is proud of Sai but doesn't say that maybe I failed to raise a good man and now will do anything to keep her and her child safe. Or for that matter,.keep Paakhi and Vinu safe (coz she is Paakhi's sasumaa) but one just got hurt because of Virat and the other is suffering from mental trauma.

It's not like she wants to keep Savi away from him, but she wants Vinu to have his family and Savi hers, and from start, Sai was Savi's family.

And i don't think even she is considering Virat "abusive" just a bit hila hua.

She knows there is no coming back for Vinu, for him, Paakhi is his mom, but for Savi, Sai is her mom, and Ig she is trying to keep the kids with theirs mom's, abhi Patru ko Virat bhi package mein kya chahiye toh bichaari kya kar sakti hai.

As she said, I'll let you visit savi or come at Maushi's place to visit her. She wants Savi to make the best of the situation when it comes to having her family, it's poor kid's bad luck that her paternal side is the Chavans.

Sai isn't forcing Virat to be with Pakhi. It's his choice. Sai will get married on her own choice if Virat will continue running after her even after that it's his choice.

About charecterization there's no consistency in this show.
