Agree completely... The romance was too soon and even if they made her realize her love, they could have delayed the marriage and the adoption... don't even get me talking about it. In their greed to get more trps and please the Fandom, they ruined what could have been a potentially great story. They could have shown her a bit established before starting romance... This 26 years of love could have been avoided too.. It would have been nicer for him to be a stranger who gets to know about her due to her successful business or meets her somewhere and then fall in love... The Tamil version has taken that way, they meet each other in the spoken English class and aren't yet in love just colleagues who help each other.... Much more relatable... Anupama can never become Sonakshi Bose... Sonakshi was classic when compared to her...

And the last line is wishful thinking which would never happen as they think it's her signature and she shouldn't change

I mean why does always the male lead to be at a much, much higher social hierarchy than female lead even in this age? What's the need for having a Knight in Shining armour for every show. ITV has two specialities: Maggi romance and I'll marry you to take revenge

Anupama toh kahi se bhi empowering character nahi hai. As I said apne naam mai Maa aa jane se koi mahaan maa nahi bann jata , bacche raise karne toh anupamaaaa ko aate nahi hai.

I had read alot about Sonakshi and her strength and decided to watch the show based on that. I watched many episodes and saw her keeping mum when ordered around and doing maid work in her patient's home despite being her dietician. I became hopeless and quit altogether. Does she really grow a spine later on in the show and if yes, then when and from which episode? Because I keep on reading about her strength which I couldn't see in all those episodes. I really want to see it.

I also loved Sonakshi's character in KRPKAB. She and Prerna from KZK 1 were the strongest mothers.

I hope that it wouldn't be much of a spoiler but after her husband slapped her father, she separated and raised her daughter alone as a single mother at the same time building her own business from scratch which even surpassed her ex-husband's business worth billions.
