At 108 BH things are going on as usual. Naina and Aniruddh cross paths and accidentally are fought face to face . They have eyelock and feel awkward . They move away but Aniruddh asks how long are they going to go on like this ? This known awareness of each other ? Why can’t they be start lol over gain as strangers ? Naina is confused . Aniruddh states he wants to be friends with her . He introduces himself and shakes her hand . He walks away smiling , leaving Naina confused .

The hospital receives a number of mass casualties from a single unit . They are having abnormal behaviour and strange infections . Naina and Anuriddh with the help of Junior doctors and nurses manage the cases , stabilise them n start treatment .

The CO Suryakant holds emergency meeting nd discusses the management of the mass casualties . Aniruddh and Naina agree to lead the team for managing this crisis .

They notice abnormal behaviour. Skin lesions, seizures . Dr Naina and Aniruddh struggle to manage the cases. They resize it’s a neurotoxin affecting them all. They try to treat them with antidote but it does not work .

Ajay bhaiya asks Sameer to sign prenup if he wants to marry Naina. Sameer promises to love n care for Naina all his life , he did not wish to make his marriage an agreement. He gives his word like a soldier . Ajay is impressed . He agrees to give Naina’s hand in marriage to Sameer He accepts a soldier’s word. Ajay tries to talk to Naina but she is busy in managing mass casualties . Sameer comes to meet Naina but finds everyone busy , he offer to help by trying to find out the source of infection, he visits the living barracks /locations of the soldiers in forward areas. Naina advises him to take a junior doctors along to assist him. He detects the source and shows the contaminated food to Naina and Aniruddh on video call. Naina and Aniruddh are able to make out what’s ailing the soldiers. They inform their CO about the contamination by a mutant virulent strain of Aspergillosis. They need an antidote or else they might lose many cases. Co orders them to find the antidote .

Naina and Aniruddh’s friendliness towards each other catches Kavita’s attention and she questions Naina about it . Naina fears their relationship might start all over again.

Naina is seen pondering about her life , she is taken aback when Sameer

Reposes marriage , informing how they had bhaiya’s blessings but he needed her answer. Naina seeks more time to marry him.

Naina and Aniruddh’s meet in the ward while managing the mass casualties . They meet in the veranda and Aniruddh tries to talk to her . He knows Sameer was interested in marrying Naina abut she was hesitant . He asks Naina go head n marry Sameer, he was a good guy n will keep her happy .

Sameer meets Dr Mili and she is all the more in love with him when he prises her for saving a patients life by doing CPR .

Soon everyone over hears when Sameer replies to a curious child who wants to know if the pretty Naina was Sameer’s girlfriend . Naina feels uncomfortable when a Sameer states that yes she was his GF and they were going to get married soon. Aniruddh is heart broken for Naina while Mili is heart broken for Sameer . All junior doctors support Mili understanding her pain.
