Maan can't adopt

Hope everyone's doing great, I enjoy visiting thos forum and love to read the posts.

Ok legally MAAN can't adopt choti anu as there is this collective average age of both parents that should be something like 80.

So MAAN would easily be both fifty.. So as per law I think they can't adopt.

Please do correct me if I'm wrong 🙂👍

and sorry to let you know that MaAn’s collective age is the last factor the writers are considering in this track…

they’ve made such a mess with the whole adoption issue that there is no right or wrong at this point…

It's 110 for child aged between 8-18yrs. They can adopt. This act clearly says anu would be legally free to adopt.

Anuj anupama too committed a crime by letting Maya leave with anu without informing the authorities because as per record child was handed over to anuj anupama.

Yeah but their collective mental age and iq is below 21, so that cancels out the physical age

They are eligible as per the age and Anupamaa can adopt by herself but a couple needs to complete 2 years and they fall short there. However, I doubt anyone in particular at DKP even knows of the Act or of CARA 😆

Isn't CA 5-6? I thought so

Yea they should have informed foster car authorities. They aren't allowed to even send the kid alone with relatives of the foster parents.
