Im not seeing any scene where anu is being snatched by anupama I can only see anuj being snatched by Maya's plotting.

If Maya really wants her child she needs to create a bond then only child would get ready to come with her otherwise child would be traumatized.

It's not just about a mother's right but also about child's right. Instead of using the time to create a bond with anu Maya used the time to impress anuj😆No wonder anu still cuddles with anupama.

Shitnupamaa got 4 months to impress CA while Maaya should only get 15 days. Asserting non existent rights on someone else's child so shamelessly and withholding the child with them is not snatching or stealing the child at all. Indeed we are watching two different shows only.

Child's right does not mean they will be allowed to go and permanently stay at some random people's house and call them parents while ignoring their own biological parents, shitnupamaa herself did nit respect her adult son's right to move in to Dave mansion for that matter while here CA is still a minor and legally belongs to her actual biological mother only, traumatized or not, the child should know who their real parents are where they actually belong. For the record it was Anupamaa who called Maaya or rather invited her in to stay and made that bet, it wasn't Maaya who barged into the house and decided she was going to stay there or asked anyone to let her stay there so no question of her planning this from her end to get close to Anuj, her plan was to win CA's custody all along. And what proof do you want from Maaya? She was already up for a DNA test, it was Anuj and Anupamaa who refused it since they were shit scared to face it being true.

Coming to why Maaya waited so long to claim CA, I think its self explanatory when it was revealed she was trafficked into prostitution and that they were after CA for the same thing, who would have looked after CA a small child behind her when she is at work? You think being a single working mother is halwa? And who would have given a former prostitute a job? She was not just working but studying and completing her education unlike miss shitnupamaa. Many children are not safe in the orphanage, so now you want to point fingers at orphanages just to question Maaya, that way even couples adopting kids are not necessarily noble to begin with so for that reason no child should get adopted right?

Even if Maaya comes out as a fraud like how you are hoping, Shitnupamaa will still be shitnupamaa only.

The difference for me I think is that Maya is actively trying to ruin Anuj's marriage, while Anuj never tried doing such thing in 26 years. Falling in love can perhaps not be in one's control, but one does have control over their actions. Maya knows that Anuj and Anupama are married but is still trying to come in between them. That's not right.
