But it's needed now poor ppl r producing more n more children to get govt benefits. Even on signals we see poor ppl have so many children begging n these ppl r not even working just begging.

Honestly i see rich n middle class only with 1 or 2 children its poor class whose population is not getting controlled.

I was going to say, most people actually don't have more than two kids nowadays. I think less developed countries don't have access to birth control measures and that's why it's getting out of hand.
