See there are two things - 1) humiliation and bullying and 2) her being the maid of mandali

The first one she can do nothing about because she gets intimidated and Sajid is a master manipulator. If she even tries to retaliate he does reverse psychology on her.. " ok aaj se tuje kuch NAHI bolenge.. tuje jo Karna wo kar" etc so she has stopped saying anything.. because she has no other place to go...

Second one is what she does by her own choice.. no one forces her..they ask her because she does it happily without complaining..maybe to keep herself engaged, to keep her mind occupied.. or to make herself useful..or maybe she is used to or likes doing chores since I heard she has been taking care of her younger sister.

Regarding non mandali speaking up against Sajid.. that happens only during tasks..

Sha should have been in Hyperactive category. For me only "Lost" category was accurate with Nim, Sree, Sum and Stan.

Bottom 4 were Archana, Tina, Sound and Sha.

Sree, Sajid and Sumbul were Top-3 in votes.
