And what an Entertainer it was!
The entire theatre was in Splits and the audience was highly interactive and laughed, joked and cheered when they have to. And trust me, this was in a LATE (very late) night show, when most folks were tired and sleepy.
I was reuniting with a friend after 3 years and met her Husband for the first time. This was a spontaneous move to sign up for the late night show, just 45 mins before screening. Given how crappy movies these days are, this was a gamble and I really didn't want our night out to be messed up with a crappy film, as I'd rather have spent those precious 2.5 hours chatting more with them.
But I think I haven't laughed like this in a while and it was SO good! Totally worth it. I might just take my family to watch it.
