The decade started two years ago two of those were during Covid. Isn't he tired buying these fake awards?

I have a feeling he is trying to revive his own career by buying off all those awards. He is ripping off all those other people.

UGH his greed is seriously off-putting!

If he is buying them, he shouldn't. It's a horrible idea after Rishi Kapoor confessed of buying awards, because not only these awards lost their credibility, they make him look desperate.

Ranveer clearly understands that perception is more important than reality. Good for him.

Ranveer has not had the best years after Simba.

Though 83 was decent and his performance was good , it did not do much for him.

Buying awards is to create a perception that he is a great actor. It is to increase his market value and to showcase that he is a good actor

Unfortunately now there is not much credence to all these awards anymore plus the era of star power is over, it is about content than anything else

I wonder why everybody I read here has no doubt about Ranveer bying all these awards...

And if he did not?

As it is somehow a patriotic movie, other reasons/people could be behind all the wins... (which started at Filmfare Awards, I think)
