well, that's not a credible newspaper- it's a left wing nut job of a source. Try something better next time😆

also, for every issue, we have strikes in India that are joined by random people who have no idea what they are protesting... just that it's organized by a party they support. Like the Padukone female. In this case, the strikes were organized by congress and other parties with a political interest to hurt the BJP. Even the congress has had similar farm laws in its manifesto... The strikes in that sense were less about the farm laws, more an excuse...

and yes, based on reports from the time, it seems the core protesters were supported by khalistani money from overseas.

Omg really ? 🤣 That is not a credible newspaper. Then what is credible BJP run media in India ?

First it isn’t credible then you have to justify why random people join. Just so you know it was called the world’s largest protest by almost every other newspaper that is not BJP run.

Protests began on a small scale in June in Punjab when the government first rolled out its new agricultural policies. Demonstrations have grown exponentially since they were passed as laws on September 20. In late November, protests moved into the connective streets and main entry points around New Delhi; by early December, 250 million people had participated in a nationwide strike, in a show of solidarity. The laws are now on hold, amid the groundswell of opposition.”

you really should try stating your points and putting up your arguments instead of dumping left wing articles. 😆

just google "imf projects india as the fastest growing economy". And do read. It will disprove the stuff you dumped there... from left wing types with an agenda to malign India.

I like to back to what I say. I don’t say ludicrous things like Khalistani support because BJP run media said so.

Btw how many news papers do you need ?

CNN in the USA is very centrist. In fact on fiscal policy more right wing. They if anything would have supported the bills. Calling every source that disagrees with you left wing is a bad strategy. Most people know the leaning of newspaper outlets .

havent seen anyone with such a handy list of left wing/ khalistani type propaganda against the farm laws. Where did you get all this nonsense from?😉

again, please note these articles are written by left wing nut jobs. They're not exactly your peer reviewed research papers in Nature journal etc. Take them with a grain of salt. A huge grain😆
