I haven't watched the episode or LF.. but I have a question..how to handle Archana the best possible way? Nimrit, Gautam and now Shiv all three captains had a tough time handling her.. Everyone has their flaws..but I think Archana gets way too many free passes just because she is funny and people find her entertaining..

No, it was not the entire thing. Had Nimrit just done this, it'd have been fine. There's a difference between a prank and bullying, and the line should be maintained.

Archana did that for five minutes and stopped. It was funny.

Nimrit, and everyone else (except just a few) did not let Priyanka and Archana sleep till 3 AM. That's not funny. That's pure bullying, esp considering Priyanka was in period pains.
