Episode begins with CA, GK and Anuj at BF table . CA wants tk GK n meet the new baby , Anuj assures they will go to meet baby soon, Anujnmakes video call to Kinjal and congratulates her , he says shayari on motherhood . Kinjal informs she will get discharged soon.

He assures he will meet her soon.

Anuj Asks Anupama to go to Shah house , Kinjal might need her . CA too insists on accompanying and MaAn agree. Anupama is not ready to leave Anuj alone n go away. But he assures GK , house help Kamal n nurse were there and also bhai n bhaabhi we’re there too. He would be OK .

Anupama agrees tk go to Shah house but skeptical , she feels guilty leaving Anuj alone . She leaves instructions to Bhai bhaabhi , especially not to remind him what he had forgotten . Bhai bhaabhi wonder if Anuj has forgotten their misdeeds too.

At Shah house Baa Babuji are ready to receive Kinjal n new baby as Van leaves for hospital to get them discharged .

Baa misses Anupama for various rasams n rituals . Kavya offers to help but Baa snubs her , saying only Anupama was the expert n none else . Pakhi makes video call to Adhik n shows off the decorations for the new baby .

Anupama reaches Shah house and is pleasantly surprised to see the decorations for welcoming the new baby . Baa lashes out at Anupama for being late . CA asks Baa not to scold a mummy as she got late taking care of papa who was unwell . Babuji calms everybody and asks Anupama to get things ready for Pooja n rituals .
Baa and Anupama clash over treating CA and Kinjal’s baby the same way. Baa warns Anupama to keep CA away from the baby .

Baa snubs CA’s excitement rudely . Anupama , CA n the rest of the family feel bad . Anupama video calls Anuj and informs the latest and asks about his well being . Anuj and aanupama share how they missed eachother when away from one another .
Anuj feels touched by Anupama’s words.

At hospital Toshu insists on carrying the baby as a Kinjal could not lift weights now . Rakhi insists they take baby home in her big car , Vanraj wants to hold baby in his arms in the car. There are tensions as Rakhi insists on driving the car herself and taking her own preferred route home . Finally they reach home and are given grand welcome by Shah family.

Baa, Babuji are the happiest . Anupama performs rituals at the entrance .

Chalo Shah family's doormat is back.

Anuj asks Anu to take CA with her in Shah house to celebrate baby's homecoming. Anu tears some petals from her gajra and gives them to Anuj. She says that she can not be with him but her Surabhi will always be with him. 😆Anuj dreams of going with Anu and CA to Shah house. He gets depressed. While leaving Anu says her favorite dialogue that she can't be in two places at the same time. Anupama ji we know physics. No need to tell us every day that a particle can not be at two places at the same time.😵

Baa creates a ruckus as Anu is late. She says only Anu knows how to perform baby home coming rituals. She curses Anu for adopting baby Anu despite knowing Kinjal is pregnant.

Baa warns Anu to keep CA far from the baby. She is very angry with Anu for bringing CA home when a baby is in the home. Did Baa throw off Samar and Toshu from Shah house when Pakhi was born? Baa says to Anu that she is very happy to welcome a baby after Pakhi. Anu asks her if she were not happy when CA entered her premise. Baa says CA is not her blood and taunts Anu for running late because of CA and Anuj. Shameless doormat finds Baa's taunts funny. She breaks out laughing and calm Baa by saying she will do all arrangements in 5 minutes. Baa misbehaves with CA yet Anu did not protest. Few minutes later she was busy playing with Baa's binocular.

Anuj is restless. He feels helpless.😭

Baby arrives home.
