I didn’t find anything wrong with Ananya’s reactions or comments. The allergy claim was probably a lie but at least she wasn’t rude about it. Sara on the other hand was very rude. She should have mentioned from the beginning that she’s on diet. But picking up the dish, inspecting it with the spoon for a good 10-15 seconds all the while making a face. And even her spit question didn’t land very well as a joke because of her facial expressions. She should have known better.

Not turning this into an outsider/insider debate. But this was very interesting to watch and see the two outsiders eating street food, or food from someone’s home so carefree and even enjoying it while the two industry kids were weary of it. I have seen Sid and Parineeti enjoy street food during JJ promotions too. To be fair I think Varun might be the same way and just enjoy the food no matter what. I don’t remember specifically what I’ve seen but I feel that I’ve seen him be uninhabited and enjoy food.

Ananya was silly. She should've said I'm on a strict diet.

Sara was terribly rude and obnoxious. I have fam members born and brought up in the U.S. who'd fall ill eating Indian street food. Unless they know the host well, they make up a reasonable-sounding excuse like they're feeling ill or are dieting or something.

Me, though... I could eat from the vendor selling pakodas next to the dirty canal in Market Road in Kochi and remain healthy😆 It was some years ago, so I don't know now.

Ananya isnt even lactose intolerant like her sister. Her mom is allergic to channa dal. 😆

This must be truth because its for the cook. I lie that I am allergic to mushrooms before ordering everywhere because I hate it.

I wonder what it must be like to be in Karthik's shoes. To spend years driving a broken car while trying to land gigs. And when he finally makes it, he works with colleagues who are "allergic to tea"....which is essentially code for peasant food.

I bet there are many days when he comes home from work going "WTF"

Saying this was so disturbing to watch is just putting it mildly. Food is Godly in nature, to put it down this way when they are people who will consume it with so much respect and gratitude is extremely sad.

Sorry for getting philosophical but sometimes these idiotic celebs just cross the lines.
