Most of these letters sound like eulogies. Itna melodrama kaiko. Pushpa I hate tears.

Ranbir and company had a success party for Tamasha and it failed.

Every film is a "masterpiece" and if it fails, it's because the audience is basic and just didn't know any better. Not because there could be anything wrong with the film itself

But isn't it true though? A good movie like Shamshera with top notch acting flopped while nonsensical movies like KGF 2 & Pushpa are hits!

The skeleton of filmmaking is writing. If that isn't good enough for viewer to suspend disbelief, then it's unlikely the film will work.

Shamshera does not appear to have been written well.

KGF and Pushpa were star vehicles, but they were written well. Not talking about how logical the stories were or how appropriate. The writing has to be good enough for the audience to buy in.

In Shamshera's case, multiple people have said it was terrible. So no... it was not a good film.

Yeah, there used to be a time when star vehicles worked no matter what plot. Thanks to pandemic, that time is gone. And good riddance.

Ranbir's acting was so good but sadly the audiences do not appreciate good performing roles, instead they'll make awful movies like KGF or Pushpa with pathetic acting of Yash's or Allu's hits. Sad.

Was it a good movie or not might be debatable but Ranbir's acting was indeed top notch, no question there. Ranbir usually nails most of the characters he plays, the only good actor of this generation which is filled with terrible non actors like Kartik, Varun, Sid, Arjun, Tiger, etc.

Ranveer isn't of this generation? He is good..

Also public won't spend 3 hrs on a movie just to see good acting. If movie doesn't hold the attention it will tank..even if every single actor is good
