Alia and Priyanka.

Alia always presented as a person with low IQ but that silly personality was well planned. Her cute , innocent image helped her to get many fans. But to know her real personality one interview she has given during Gangubai promotion which was focused on Kangana's anti Alia stance was enough.

Priyanka very well know the connections , maintained rapport with them , presented as victim of inequality according to the situation. Having said that it is her undeniable talent which helped her in her career.

Other actors especially Deepika tries to be shrewd but fails miserably. She isn't innocent but not smart enough to understand the outcome of certain actions.

I think the people who called her dumb were Alia fans trying to excuse the stuff she pulled. Same for RK. Any time he did something against his rivals, it was RK being innocent enough to say what was on his mind unlike those shrewd and manipulative other actors.

Once again, being shrewd and cunning is not a sin as long as you don't hurt someone else on purpose. Being dumb and naive is not a virtue.

Because the question reeks of misogyny. 😊 Ambition and self preservation are not considered bad in men. But in a place like Bollywood, which preys on women, being smart is apparently considered a negative.

Thread is opened by who? Usko kuch farak nahi padta about misogyny patriarchy. She is a Sallu fan hating on Aish. 🤣

Because this forum is full of "feminists"... 😆

On-topic: Deepika and Alia give me cunning vibes.

Ah. So you're one of *those* 😆

I 100% believe women are human beings, just like men. I also believe women are equal to men (not the same). I think women have the same rights as men. If you think any of that's funny, that's on you, I'm afraid.

I think it may be a point against gender stereotypes. It is usually women who are attributed as cunning, catty, shrewd, manipulative, bitchy etc. But men who exhibit the exact same behaviors don't often get hit with such attributes.

I mean you could make a separate thread. But perhaps, instead, the discussions should switch to who is cunning and shrewd in the industry rather than segregate by gender.

I dont disagree with any of what you said. I've just noticed many feminists having double standards here... they'll take any opportunity to disrespect men, hence the quotation marks. That I do find funny, yes. If you are not part of the group I just described.. there is no need for you to feel offended here :)
