This week I was totally on a fangirl mode and today I got what I expected, even though it was difficult to watch. 😭 So I made a separate thread in the forum and tagged you two there so that you get the gist. Once you are done, we can continue our discussion here or there, whatever you prefer. 👍🏼

I am actually pleasantly surprised that the writer has been able to strike a balance between melodrama and proper storytelling. 😲 Now that we are in our safe territory, I can elaborate a bit further. 😈

You know I have a bad habit of retrospecting and owing to that, I end up giving lease a lot of times. A few day ago, I suffered from yet another daura. 🤪

Tum, main, Nikki - hum logo ka ek common complaint rahi hain ki kyun ek third angle ko negative hi dikhaya jaye and of course, fans ka justification to is on another level. 😡 🤬

But lately I have been thinking, pyaar ka to koi criteria nahi ho sakta. Aur aap har kisi ko ek sanche pe dhal nahi sakte. Shayad aisa ho ki kisiko pehli bar jo pyaar hua, use woh-hi naseeb hua aur woh loyal raha umr-bhar. 😳 ❤️

Kisiko shayad life mein kahi baar pyaar ke mauka mile aur who kisi ek ke saath settle kar jaye. Aur kya pata, kisike soulmate unke saath ek platonic relationship mein hi aap na zindegi nikal de, you never know. 😊

You can’t and you shouldn’t categorize ki mere saath yeh hua to usko bhi yeh-I karna chahiye.

To uss hisab se this time, I think I can give writers some bit of lease to highlight the leads because ultimately it’s their story and we can’t put more emphasis on another character because a story will always trace the protagonists’ journey or why they are perfect for each other.

The problem is, yaha pe poora storytelling itna generic aur predictable ban chuka hain ki who forced negativity ki chakkar mein hum jaise fans attracted hone ki wajah ulta leads se taang aane lagte hain. 🤔

I am really glad to share with you, that I have come across an IG handle who is a die-hard fan of Neel-Kajal and yet she is supportive of Pavitra. In fact, just like me there are a few who got happy with today's episode. These people have been expressing their doubts that it’s still not proper romance but just the transition period from friends to partners. 😃

And that’s what got me fangirling in the first place. 😳

For the longest time, I haven’t felt any romantic vibe from Neel’s side. But their situation has changed his perspective. His family has actually created issues and he has seen Kajal tackling them in the typical FL way which got him to adore her more. And now even he has started questioning his feelings as to why does he feel connected to her more when he is supposedly in love with Pavitra?

And the best part was, that he confessed it to Kajal first and asked her if she felt the same regarding their changing dynamics.

I found it extremely relatable. No matter what we say, somehow it’s built into our belief system that you can only love once and it’s immoral to feel attracted towards another. I would say, in such a case, one should be completely honest to himself and his partner and take some time to proceed in the relationship instead of CHAT MANGNI PAT BEYA.

Neel has been doing the same. He is confused and frustrated and does not want to give false hope and hurt either of the girls. So the last thing I want is for him to have a heart-to-heart conversation with Pavitra before they turn her evil.

As for Kajal’s part - you have already read my post. 😛 In front of Neel, she’s transparent. And thank God that she confessed directly to him that later when she tried to divert the topic, Neel assured her that he got what she meant and asked her not to worry. 😊

So I’m extremely glad ki dono mein misunderstanding ki koi chance nahi han since they talked it out and next week when Kajal will get out of the house, Neel will have ample time to think everything through, hopefully. Rest, Pavitra was hell annoying in the original. I'm praying hard for them not to repeat that atrocity. 🤔

My shows are going super awesome! Ek toh regional hai mera, way leads try to make efforts and bahut kuch. Bohot pyar karte hai is going good too and zoon actually behaves as a normal kid next door not like some ultra mature person. Plus am liking way they're going.

Well, I agree. Iqbal ka show Kuch Naya nahi hain but considering SB's story handling is comparatively better as it seems, given time an old plot too can become likable, no?

As for the Ajooni one, first promo was completely BS with ML firing bullets at FL's wedding and asking for her hand. And today I saw another short clip with him being all macho. So wohi puraani toxic behavior ko romantic bolke bechna. 🤬 🤬 🤬 🤬 🤬 🤬 🤬
