It's a guess only as their is a BTS of someone fainting and pihu sees ram filling priya's maang. So it's only a guess at the moment.😅😅😅

So it means he never believed she killed shivi or actually cheated on him but he knew deep down she chose to protect someone her over their marriage and get away from him on a different path.

His anger is about that Priya ran away from him instead of fighting for him in that moment when he was his weakest. In his eyes priya took the easy way out so he did the same. But he later realised that giving up that day was the only easy thing as now he doesn't have any anchor to hold onto and he is drowning whereas priya has their daughter.

He also told bri that Priya ko bss bhagne tha mujhse dur!! So the problem is that Ram was never really angry about all the things that Priya decided to feed him bcz he didn't believe it, but bcz she left him and broke her promise to never leave him.

He didn't believe priya and Krish are together until he saw them together and felt jealous.

I saw a clip few days back where ram told adi he is going to farmhouse for his nightly shenanigans with some gf but he didn't go. He stayed in his room thinking about Priya. Word for everything you said!! You are not alone...my reading of the situation is exactly the same...This man is in too deep to be able to see anything beyond her. He has been like a lost, confused, restless soul for the last five years trying anything and everything in an attempt to cope with her loss. He has understood true love only though her and is incapable of loving anyone else. The so called flings were hogwash, he partied with them, shopped with them and then went home to his lonely bed pining for Priya listening to their songs and sleepless nights.

As i said she kept herself out of his radar for 5 yrs. For the first 2 he knew where priya was, but the next three she was gone like never existed except in his memories.

So he was doing everything that he won't usually do making headlines so that Priya might react to one.

He said this himself today, that when it comes to Priya he stop thinking straight, use cheze samjh Ani band ho jaty hai. She was the first person who loved him with all her heart and proved it, she was ready to die for him that kind of love leaves its mark. And priya is an injury which is still fresh.

He wants her back, that's why he takes steps towards her, still find her the most beautiful woman in any room who can enchant him, but then he also remembers everything she told him in jail.

And to add salt to his injury he keeps seeing her happy without him with her child and supposed father when he is crashing and burning without her.

So everytime priya does something nice for him he lashes out as a defence mechanism bcz he knows he can't have her back permanently. That Priya is a blackhole for him who will suck him whole if he didn't put any caution to his actions, thoughts and emotions.

Her words, actions, feelings still make him weak in the knees and we have seen it in the last few episodes. But priya doesn't react same to him anymore atleast on the face. She dodges any questions which can give him any idea about what's happening.

And that dialogue today about shiv and Parvati that shiv was never able to gate Parvati but always loved her, it was so on the face that Ram still lives her but won't say it until priya comes clean to him about Krish and pihu atleast.

Bcz in the store also when Ram got to know that his gf was the one who put earrings in priya's bag he was pissed and angry at his gf. He in his mind and heart knew that nothing will be found in the bag, that was his way of reassuring himself that she is still the same and when the earrings were found he was shocked himself.

One can see the pain, the hurt, the questions, the hope that she will tell him that it was all a lie...his eyes are constantly beseeching her for answers. He is drawn to her like a moth to light and knows that if he lets his guard down he will not be able to hold back and get burned. So he keeps harping on Krish and her lies and reminding himself that she left him for another man...more a reminder to himself to keep his emotions in check. Like SEA05 says...Priya is in his blood:))

@red: it was so weird today, ram telling her she knows how to present a lie like a truth and then thinking about everything that happened during shivi's death and believing it. IRONY at its worst🤣

Matlab he himself says that Priya was lying before leaving him and still is lying then how come he believed that she told him in jail suddenly when that day he was fighting with her to not protect her family. He is contradicting himself at every word that comes out of his mind. Ramu gone mad.🤣

The thing is ram knows priya didn't kill shivi but took blame for someone else, it's just that in his mind he thinks it's Meera and not eshan. As he pointed out in the bakery that she ruined everything for her mother.

Also he subconsciously knows priya had lied about the child too and is still lying but he wont accept it easily. Bcz that would mean him being an absolute jerk with his own child. That's why he keeps taunting her and provoking priya.

@green: it won't don't worry. Now after sindoor rasam they are basically married in tv world and pihu in Kapoor mansion sick!! Their will definitely be news everywhere that Ram and priya are married again, pihu is sick so he can't send them to vacation that mostly means they will be eventually staying at Kapoor mansion. Bcz agr minister kabhi aaya and priya and pihu nhi mili to???😂😂😂😂 This will be sandy's shubham's new idea.🤣🤣🤣🤣

Like you said in your followup post he was emotionally at his lowest at that time. He even questioned her saying...that's bakwass...tell me when where how...date time etc. But she stuck to her guns and Ram is basically a very insecure person because of all the loss and trauma he has suffered since childhood and living with and for a very unloving step family. He did not have the strength and the conviction to fight it out with her narrative against that of his devious step mother who did not want to set eyes on Priya. She repeatedly kept telling Ram 'Is ladki ko meri/hamari zindagi main wapas nahin aane dena' Weighed down by the reality of his father's dealth plus the guilt of SHivi's death and the fact that his step family did not want to have anything to do with the Soods or Priya, her lie just seemed like an escape at the time. But his life spiralled down a shit hole of desolation, loneliness and resentment which he hid behind the casanova facade. Till that day when he saw saw her and Pihu with Krish and all the walls came crumbling down.

Irrespective of the cliche, contrived plot and the terrible writing, directing and overboard characterisations etc in the show...a man going through this trauma is very much plausible...at the hands of a better writer and director even this narrative could have been brought out well...the actors are still doing a great job but they can't make up for the shoddy job by the rest of the team.

@bold: This! There is only so much that we, as an audience can do to fill in the gaps. Ram & Priya are complex characters to grasp, and the writing/dialogues need to match up. There needs to be monologues/dialogues to put forth their pov's. NM & DP are such fab actors that their performance shines despite glaring faults in other departments. But this is exactly what makes me/us expect more from the show as a whole. The disappointment is so much more when you think of what/where the show could have been v/s where it actually is!

Ritz's analysis is spot on..but we don't get to see the idea translating well on screen at all. Just feels like comedy circus a lot of times 🤣

Oh yeah…well aware of that!! I joined the forum just to vent my frustration with the show:) The heart burn this show has caused me I have sworn off ITV shows for the next few years! Not that I am a big fan anyway! Stumbled upon Balh 2 in March and binged on it…I cherish the first half of the show and it will always be one of my favs.

Lilies aren't Ram's favorite. They are Vedika's. 😆

Remember that college scene, where Ram gave Vedika a bunch of roses but Vedika insisted on getting lilies. But Priya mistakenly thinks that lilies are Ram's favorite because he insisted on buying lilies before going to Vedika and Shashi's house.

Lilies have always (so far) been a symbolism that represented Vedika. 🤭

From a logical perspective, we had already agreed that Ram is indeed not using his head 😆
