It seems outsiders who enter Bollywood are instantly corrupted lol. What can be done. Maybe even people who start out caring about “art” eventually are just in it for themselves.

Are you talking about Disha? I don’t know enough about her and her entry into Bollywood to comment. But generally speaking outsiders who enter Bollywood have to work ten times harder to prove themselves and still won’t get the top roles or movies because those are already reserved for insiders. It’s definitely not an equal playing field.

Do you know why we have traffic cops on the roads....even though we have rules?? Its for those who break the rules.....Most people follow the rules because they are afraid of getting punished because they broke the rule....We can't rely on people doing the right thing...there needs to be rules....Can you imagine what will you see in the movies if censor board was not there?? Govt already interferes in art via Censor board...there are labor laws governing the people who are hired in the movie industry....we need a little bit more....nothing that I am saying is too far fetched....it is all doable...atleast there will be some pressure on BW.....right now there is none....If people were so responsible by themselves we won't need the jails...😆

If the entire system and culture of casting is changed then yes they will hold auditions too.

I really don't think anyone has a problem with KJo casting all his muh boley naati-naatin. His money, his pregorative. Fine. The problem is when they actively sabotage everyone else and then also have the nerve to cry foul about it.

It’s not a equal playing field. But this woman did Maine pyar kiya w Salman and then started throwing her weight around demanding her husband get put in films.

I know Karan gives Aditya Chopra suggestions. But stuff has come out that lots of people do that. Kangana is top suggestion giver

probably...See I get what you are saying....but ur solution of everyone becoming a good person will never work.....even on this forum members control themselves because they are scared of warnings and ban...😆.your solution would make perfect sense in an Utopian world but not in the world we live in sadly.
