I used to. A lot. Like I couldn’t sleep at night due to overthinking and analyzing.

Since past 10-15months it has come under control.

So strong will power is the route to fight overthinking. Any other tips please.

Not really strong will power.

When it comes to overthinking, sometimes we tend to use will power and it back fires...because we aren't a 100% convinced.

What I mean is connecting to the universe while meditating just makes me realise that my problems are very tiny and can be sorted easily, there's no need to overthink it.

It’s back again. My reason for not indulging overthinking the past few months was because I was extremely tired and sleep deprived (due to some reason). Once that got better, it all came back.

I have been dealing with this my entire life. Overthinking to the point of anxiety and stress. Earlier I used to engage in useless activities (like spending hours online) so that when I hit the bed, my mind just can’t function any more. This method works at night but during day time, I can’t help it. I try and talk to myself to stop but doesn’t work majorly. Even at workplace when I have work, I can’t help but overthink. It’s just so tiring and I want it to stop.
