I'm curious -- what did you do to spite him that he needed space for a full day? š No pressure though.
I'm guessing that it was was one of your first major fights for you to worry yourself sick like that. I can relate in the sense that I imagine the worst case scenario even when the other person might not be pushed to that point. Happens to the best of us, I would suggest that you make a pact with him or something so that next time you get into an argument/fight, he knows just how long he can go without you losing your crap. And if he doesn't reach out before your deadline, he's the one in trouble. Good luck. š
Well this guy is an angry bull in general n I can't handle a single word of harsh tone. So in our time together it became a silent pact that he'll not speak out until he can control his anger. We keep on having these minor fights n this is one of the regular scenarios. On general days I sit n chill after pissing him offš.
Iss baar actually I insulted him in front of his friends in a harsh way. Later actually the friends made a hulaboo n I went all lost. Actually he is decreasing his deadline on his ownšš.
Its our only fight where after I pissed him off n he didn't come to pamper meš¤£š¤£
Ji thank you...its with the most deserving candidate nowš¤£š¤£š¤£
I used to, not any more.
I realised that most of my anxiety is in my head, and the remaining which is genuine, I have to take action to make things happen and not let the unnecessary anxiety get to me.
At the same time I began meditating...and all my experiences made me realise my problems can be easily handled.
I overthink so much that it drains away all of my energy š
I overthought a lot before posting this

So strong will power is the route to fight overthinking. Any other tips please.
I am overthinking about whether I overthink.
That explains it all, LOL.
