But what are the things that trigger panic attacks? Tell in general and/or please avoid this^ question if it makes you feel uncomfortable :)
So there isn’t any direct trigger, but genetics (including family history) extreme stress, temperament, trauma, significant changes or events in your life can be risk factors. You can literally have a panic attack out of no where, even if you’re not stressed at that moment.
In both cases, mine has been caused by severe stress.

Oh! Please take care and you know nobody can say after reading your posts here on the forum that you take stress :D cuz your posts are stress-buster themselves!
Anyway be happy :) and do whatever makes you feel the same.
I found the reason for palpitations, it was due to anemia. Now I just make sure my hemoglobin level is in normal range and did not had high pulse rate since then.

I don't know about DP's case but my heart rate increases quite often post covid. Also panic attack can be reason for fast heart rate . Few of my colleagues with depression often suffers from panic attack.
Ya post pandemic effects .
When I was 7-10 years old, I would suddenly get pain in my heart and It was always so randomly. Like I'm dancing around and suddenly a bee has stung my chest area. I used to get so scared and thought I was gonna die, use to wonder what will happen to my mom. But never told my mom abt it, haven't to date 😒dunno what that was
