Heart rate. I don't take coffee regularly . One of the reason is my sinus that gives me breathing issues and then my heart rate goes high.

I use to get very high heart pulse and palpitations that I could actually hear my heart beating, never went to a doctor. This will go away and even athletes get these high pulse rate.

Same. Sometimes it felt like my heart was about to palpitate out of my chest, it was that loud. I’ve been to the hospital three times due to palpitations. Once while I had covid and two times over a panic attack.

Last one I had was early 2021. Thankfully, I haven’t experienced it again.
