It was not due to adds. Hot pink is the latest trend and zalando often has such sections highlighted on their home page. From small brands to high end brands like Hugo Boss all are selling this color so no wonder we are getting to see this torture on Cannes 🤣 I used to like the color but now i dont its anyways not my style
