OMG please don't tell me that show is still on air...are they showing the story of Akshara's great-great-great grandchildren now?To clear things up I don't watch this show , one of my relatives used to watch it

How come shows with no plot runs for 13 years while decent and plot driven shows struggle to reach 500 episodes and eventually succumb to the TRP game?

Now the lead actress is Akshara's grand daughter (her daughter's daughter) and they have named her Akshara too 🤣 And the same old plot. There are two sisters. One is ambitious and other is ITV sanskari all sacrificing. The ambitious one is the villain in the show and emotionally tortures female lead Akshara. And the all goody two shoes female lead blindly loves her sister. And then comes the male lead played by Harshad who comes as prince charming in the female leads life who will be fighting for her and taking stand for her.

Forgive me if any yrkkh fans here. But i never got ITv's obsession with showing ambitious girls in dark light.

Agreed with you Sainath, the show will give you migraine but is watched in almost every household. It's the TRP topper. No doubt why shows like Maddam Sir never get TRP because audience can tolerate strong female leads
