Just my 2 cents. I don’t usually comment on offscreen equations.

Ayesha and Neil work together day in and day out, everyday interacting closely. Also the things that happen around them in SM would be latent in their interactions. May be!!

But what matters is their commitment to the craft. Ayesha’s post might be coincidental with last nights happenings or may be not. In either case she wants to make a point, that too genuinely saying that they had moments of frustration as any two coworkers in a team will have😊. But they made sure the end product is good! That is what everyone should strive for at their work! Isn’t it? 👍🏼

As fans we can only reduce the amount of friction we can cause to them. Too much scrutiny by fans will interfere with their daily interactions at some point. We don’t even know them, but they see each other every single day. As sairat fans if we are behind them as a unit, they function more effectively as a team. They will have one less headache and stress 👍🏼 to deal with.

This is my genuine opinion. I am not an SM person but I do observe that SM seriously interferes with your psyche. Afterall there are only humans on both the sides.

It's always only Ayesha praising the other half of SaiRat, never the other way around...not a comment or post or anything. Cutting cake, sharing centre stage with your co-star or posting a pic or commenting on co-star pic won't mean divorcing from wife or being interested in your co-star, but majaal hai ki after 14 years of experience, someone understands this and the term 'professionalism', even for the sake of damage control.

And if Ayesha posts something in praise of her co-star, it's her greatness and not the other one's. She won't ever say anything bad for her co-stars, as part of basic courtesy. She either won't say anything or heap praises. Some can learn these basic etiquettes from her.

Also the caption says it all...all is not well.

Everyone have different view point to see the things. I am looking at it differently- the photo that’s posted it’s very intimate. She won’t have done it if the ML had an issue. Also, she did mention that they had their moment of annoyance ( she used the word had) so the issue must have been sorted. But acknowledging that in front of world is big thing. This is her way to thank fans. She did with appreciating the efforts of ML because they their chemistry is liked by fans. Neil also replied to her post and thanked her. So it seems they both are same page with the show.

I have seen when any team member praises she always thank them for their support and compliment both.

Chalo, let us assume they have their issues, how is it affecting our lives? Kudos to Ayesha and Neil for giving us Sairat! ❤️

Very nice of her. I think she's putting an end to speculations that they don't get along. The message is also that she respects him, whatever be the situation.
