Maybe that’s why makers are turning her into a mahaan character which will please the FD,

I know one thing though, no awards, even the national awards are based on the merit. At least this award is categorised as popular category.

Ritu, you got it wrong. I am not a fan of DP or NM in real life. For BALH2, both of them have acted well. DP played the character quite well and she deserves an award ... But I didn't like NM in NKYBF whatever I episodes I saw

No not on merit but popularity is measured by votes fanbase of an actor. NM does have that merit that he has more loyal fanbase and after IB his fans have just grew in number only.🤷

SSO made him an iconic actor. Ab isme NM ki kya galti uske fans zada hai to Jo vote krte hai 😂
