Totally agree! I just wrote in another post that Akshu would have surrendered herself and taken the blame for literally anyone else in either family too...even Harsh or Mahima, both of whom who hate her. She loves everyone, whether or not they deserve it. But, when it comes to Aarohi, it is a burden of guilt and responsbility and trauma more than love I would say. She has been deeply conditioned starting with Sirat's promise, followed by Aarohi's blackmail, and then that being exacerbated by her having literally no one in her family to support her and stand up for her. And, a part of her, also feel indepted to her family, as she was raised by them after losing 3 parents. She carries a lot of complex traumas and emotions inside of her, and Abhi is slowly showing her that she is worthy of RECEIVING love in the truest sense. That is why I always loved the line she said to him when he asked her what love means to her. She doesn't even value herself. She doesn't see herself as worthy enough to receieve love in return for the love she gives. She just keeps giving and giving. It's really beautiful how love is not just a relationship, but also a way in which 2 individuals can change and heal too.family for her is everyone, not just arohi. In fact, I believe that all the sacrifices she has done for ar so far she would have done for anyone else in her family had anyone else asked her for it. She only knows how to give, even to a point of self destruct. (Remember when kairav had asked her to leave the city even when she was not at fault, she was ready to leave without questions. Again not thinking about her own self and only giving) That’s why I keep saying she is pure at heart and too good for her own good. She is not dumb. She has shown ar the mirror a lot of times and understands her manipulations. But she keeps quiet to maintain peace. The only time when she breaks her silence is when abhi is in involved. She is slowly moving from family towards abhi, but it’s baby steps.
