Why though?? Rachel didn’t own the guy, she asked to break up after he told her he was jealous of Mark and called Mark to comfort her instead of her girlfriends whereas Ross went to the bar because he knew that's where Joey and Chandler were at the time. So it's okay for her to ask for a break, called the guy who was the root of all their problems, and have dinner with him (SOBER) but it's wrong he got drunk (because he was heartbroken)and slept with someone.
