the team seems some youngsters in their early 20s, who are just playing around. At this point of Rra's career he needs professionals, who knows how to exalt him. I feel this team makes him look like a amateur actor - degrading him. Although making this vlog was really good.
He has such good hairs. What they keep doing to him. Sometimes they do weird eye makeup like he has not enough dark circles that they apply black makeup/eye liner too. Then make his hair in a weird way.🤔
well this is just his social media team as far I know so in terms of works I dont think they are involved. Regarding career in that case I feel he needs good pr more .I feel may be a manager like nidhi. in case of his sm ig yt they re not bad I mean the ps minus the 2 with make up almost all were good . They stopped continuous reels too. And I liked the yt video. And this photographer smiley is good . Saw him clicking teju helly and many more artists .so moreover sm is good. I just feel he needs a good manager or say pr like nidhi. SM should not be prime focus at all. I feel instead of yt he should sign a show soon and work for it. I know these people only focus on SM. But I personally don't like their approach. Purely my opinion. The continuous insta live interviews and reels - in the same style. It doesn't work for many of us. I've worked as Content Creator for brands, so I've experience. They need to make a strategy. Even if they have recorded bunch of reels in the same style, it's better to spread those out, so they avoid to realise it at the same time. While photoshoot it's ok to do it. When you don't have anything new to talk about then don't do live interactions - unless you are good in interacting with the audience alone. But just take someone like Barun, who only joined in recent time. That guy doesn't have any knowledge about SoMe. But still it seems like he has a team and friends, whom helps him with it.
If the qyuki team only going to manage his SM and help in content creation, then who is going to bring new projects for him? Or they going to work on getting him new shows too? He got ishqiyaat personally and on recommendation and I don't think his team had anything to do with it, right? So how's he gonna find new work? 🙄🙄

I know some people get work based on their SoMe content. Especially in south india. But Rrahul won't. It's too cringe for him. So yeah, hire a manager like Helly has Nidhi. Nidhi is somehow good in making sure Helly get work whether is for SoMe (photoshoot) and acting related.
he didnt hire pr manager regarding works so they wont do anything regarding it. That's were saying he needed a pr team not sm team. These qyuki team is good for professional content creators but not for professional actors. A good manager is enough for an actor. I actually loved working rra during immj when he posted hardly but we were content. More than his sm he needs to get active on work front.
