Don't think it will be made in near future
I knew I couldn’t have been the only one who watched that BBC Hindi video and thought it was a bit weird. Surely, journalism 101 teaches you to get an opinion of people across the spectrum. This one was just presented as if it’s how majority KPs felt about the movie. Lazy, disappointing journalism.

BBC India's credibility is at an all time low..some people just follow them to see at what extent they can go. Most just ignore

Nothing lazy about it. Quite deliberate in fact.

Of course the audience will accept the movie narrative after all fits their thought process against a certain community after systematic poisoning being fed for so long.
As the saying goes God helps those who help themselves. Here KP left and did not fight for their rights to stay in their homeland. Why did the subsequent governments did not help them for past 30 years
I know am going to get brick bats or will be ignored why because no one wants to think differently only want to go with their linear vision.
Yeah! Sure shame the victims!
Fight with what? Did they have guns like the terr0rists? Did they have police and Government machinery on their side? Faruq Abdullah and Rajiv Gandhi made sure that they didn't. So just one day after Faruq left everything and ran (18th) all hell broke lose on KPs on 19 and at that time their was no government in Kashmir.
Please enlighten me how were they supposed to fight with terr0rists who were hell bent on eliminating them or how else should they have fought with the government machinery which wasn't on their side either? What would any sane person do at that time? Stay and risk their womenfolk to be gangr@ped and brutalized and die a horrible de@th themselves or look for safer places to hide till matters come under control (which ultimately never did)?
Anyways lets just leave all sympathy empathy and understanding for the terrorists and their silent/not so silent supporters only and not hurt their sentiments cos that's where our priorities lie.
Irony is coupta ji ka print saying this? 🤣. They do the same thing what they are accusing here. 😆
This is different from KP issue and maybe not as serious and gruesome..but I can recount of the issue in one of the most popular markets in Mumbai - Crawford market..it is heavily dominated and controlled by one community..I have heard horror stories about how if any income tax officer came to raid their shop because of Kaccha bill Wala business they would beat those officers to a pulp because there is unbelievable amount of unity in that community and all would scare the officers off and nobody ever dares to raid their shops there even though so much smuggling and illegal business openly happens there ..Just saying that if THE PRINT doesn’t choose to believe something..doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen..there are many unspoken truths and things that are swept under the radar.. Another thing is that yes generalisation is wrong ..I know of some absolutely great human beings who are from that community..it’s subjective..but what happened with KPs doesn’t absolve those people who committed atrocities on them!! This isn’t about religion..this is about harassment and horrific crimes and being stripped off everything some people and their ancestors spent a whole life time earning..they got blood on their hands!

Also add stark indifference of judiciary to bring things to fruition. No pleas were registered as the atrocities were never acknowledged. JK was a land of lawlessness and higher courts as hands in glove, maybe indifferent too. Well, if a verdict in favor of Shah Bano by the Supreme Court could be overturned, it could very well happen again.
But KPs should have abided by the adage that God helps those who helps themselves and if it didn't they should have still believed in the adage by changing the God and associated belief, maybe. Newly adopted God and converted belief would have surely helped them..
Bhagwan couldn't have saved them but divinity that goes by a different moniker might have helped them..
On topic, who cares what the likes of the Print thinks. Audience are the ultimate judge and the jury and their verdict is loud and clear.。
The Kashmir Files became massive hit but why it didn’t happen same for The Bengal Files? Why did that movie flopped so badly? It was made with...
