Since we did not get to see him realizing his love for her openly that confession sounded a bit offf…yes there were lots of hints of his feelings and attraction towards her since Hyderabad track….

Regarding your discussion!! I would say Raghav was no nonsense at that time!! We have to understand Raghav Rao is unlike any ML we have seen in ITV!! He is a complex character and to try to read him is like trying to find a needle in a haystack!! Raghav us waqt Pallavi se subconsciously attracted tha because she was unlike any other women he met in his 27 years of life!! Every other girl shamelessly threw themselves at him but Pallavi not only opposed him but answered him back and did not cower away from him like other girls in front of his rowdy attitude!! But on the other hand his mind was telling him to teach her a lesson and show her aukad as he was a egomaniac to the core and a narcissist and people like them do not like anyone who answer them back or opposes them!! Also his bad experience with Esha firmly planted in his mind that women are all same!! Greedy , cunning and can betray someone without a remorse regardless of their personality!! So it was basically his heart vs his brain at that time!!

As far as I know, Mandar got his memory back on the day when he came to D house along with Raghvi, still didn't get why Mandar came to RR mansion at late night & disappeared soon on the day when Raghav arranged date for Raghvi

Mandar memory return on first day at d house was an excuse to wrap up the mandar backstory ASAP after fd caused hullabaloo and the also the actor has to exit from the show. So they didn't waste time in shooting the elaborate flashback sequences which they once had planned
