Sorry to jump in the discussion but i agree.. There are so many faults with his character but one thing that sits at his core is his love for Abhi. He really will do anything for his son. He just doesn't realise how toxic the other aspects of his personality are. I feel that the writers did a very good job with the characters of the Birla family. They seem like real people.

No issues dear, but its true Birlas seem very real than Goenkas. Birlas are Dysfunctional but very real.

I really m hoping writers don't ruin it for us, Harsh's rude behavior is one side but his desperate efforts to make amends with Abhi n love for him is as real as his irritation with Akshu n Manju now.😆

Yes true!

And I also hope they don't ruin the characters. That is too much to hope for though. There is no consistency in the characters. But Harsh has remained quite consistent in his motivations. In the end he just wants to bridge the gap between him and Abhi. And he's gonna blast anyone who threatens that lol.
