Why Rishab's father insisted for both sons marriages ?

I didn't understand that convo between Seema and her husband regarding his mother's predictions. Can anyone explain?

All i know is this marriage is important Because Rishabh's Dadi knows about Grah nakshatra (Planet constellation!) unki chal and has predicted that both the marriages should happen on Shivratri.And after getting information about the planets and constellations from his mother, Rishabh's father uses them in his own way and has reached in this position . Acc. 2 him her predictation are never wrong😆
