Maybe Nandini ke chale jaane se Samar shaadi hi nahi karega aur Anuj ki tarah Nandini ka wait karega.

What I think that Nandini may have said ki just because usne angoothi phenki to she's not leaving him..I feel she is leaving because of that..Mujhe bhi feel hua itna sab hone ke baad ye valentine day manana is tarah..thoda dramatic h jab zarurat thi Samar ke saath ki tab to usne support kiya nhi ulta angoothi phenk di..jo ek baar ho skta h vo baar baar bhi ho skta h, aakhir Samar Mr Shah ka hi beta h
