Code of conduct

Every workplace has certain code of conducts and must abide by all but at the same time it should be same for everyone from lower level to highest level.

Recently whatever shit happening in FMS is certainly wrong and people holding higher position have more responsibility and if they do anything not so good then it affects at all level and give wrong impression. Secondly, its management fault because of its non existence nature and zero capacity in discharging duties and action taken on misconducts .

1. Vikrant being a senior surgeon was on high drugs but did not face any official inquiry and punishment as per rules.

2. Vikrant sister did hoo lala ohh lalala in ER corridor but no action taken.

3. Aditi making personal attacks, misguiding patients -no action taken.

4. Vikrant multiple time manhandled deepika- no action taken.

5. Sheriar always targeted deepika on personal grounds - no action taken.

6. Nurses unprofessional behaviour - no action taken

7. Sia Abhay got engaged in hospital (why conducting personal celebration at hospital)- no action taken.

8. Sia-Abhay-Piroz-isha-wasim - their casual body language , all the time jumping, hugging , holding hands around wasnt that count in breaking protocol.

9. Wasim Sia budding romance- isnt it breaking protocol

10. Sia- Ali shared closed moment - where was the management?

Now if management think Deepika Abhay holding hand in private is wrong so whoever clicked and circulated those picture purely in intention to defame these two is also wrong even more than deepika-abhay because that was done deliberately. So management should inquire that angle too instead of selectively putting blame on single person.

FSM management and rules are dead and nobody follow it because its own people who are at responsible position are seem to be avoiding stern action and confrontation.

That's why FMS is a fictional hospital. Yahan sab kuch tabhi hota hai jab manzoor e makers hota hai. Matlab hospital chodo I'm sure kisi office mein bhi itni silly baaton pe senior ko resign karne bolna, useless gossips, etc ye sab nhi hota hoga.

I have only one thing to say and that is when a woman had a dream she has to struggle. This goes everywhere. Deepika's parents broke ties with her because she chose her dream above her would be husband. Vikrant is I'll treating her because she hurt his ego. The hospital staff is blaming her as if it was Deepika who was running behind him and not him. It was both of them but only Deepika is being humiliated. At the end of day only a woman recieves flak. A man goes Scot free. This is so disgusting. And, to top it taklu Shamsher is also a part of it.

they don't even bother to interfere when required but jumped at every opportunity when its about deepika .

So true...I can relate to it, have faced it multiple time and unfortunately we don't have any other option except fight for it. When deepika was defending herself, every word of her coming out from her mouth was so bloody true....felt like she was telling the story of every woman who has faced such things once or multiple time in her life and still facing at regular basis.

So true. And, today it was proven that Vikrant can stoop low when his ego gets hurt and can go to any lenghts to take his revenge. Both Vikrant and Wasim are safists. But, since he's a man he'll go Scot free 🤬😡

I know men like vikrant and wasim always remain at safe side but woman like deepika can really give them hard time and i really like fiery woman.

I too love fiery women who know how to fight back and call spade a spade and not sit and crywho always need a man to cry on his shoulder. I hope both Vikrant and Wasim get the taste of their own medicine.
