Every workplace has certain code of conducts and must abide by all but at the same time it should be same for everyone from lower level to highest level.
Recently whatever shit happening in FMS is certainly wrong and people holding higher position have more responsibility and if they do anything not so good then it affects at all level and give wrong impression. Secondly, its management fault because of its non existence nature and zero capacity in discharging duties and action taken on misconducts .
1. Vikrant being a senior surgeon was on high drugs but did not face any official inquiry and punishment as per rules.
2. Vikrant sister did hoo lala ohh lalala in ER corridor but no action taken.
3. Aditi making personal attacks, misguiding patients -no action taken.
4. Vikrant multiple time manhandled deepika- no action taken.
5. Sheriar always targeted deepika on personal grounds - no action taken.
6. Nurses unprofessional behaviour - no action taken
7. Sia Abhay got engaged in hospital (why conducting personal celebration at hospital)- no action taken.
8. Sia-Abhay-Piroz-isha-wasim - their casual body language , all the time jumping, hugging , holding hands around wasnt that count in breaking protocol.
9. Wasim Sia budding romance- isnt it breaking protocol
10. Sia- Ali shared closed moment - where was the management?
Now if management think Deepika Abhay holding hand in private is wrong so whoever clicked and circulated those picture purely in intention to defame these two is also wrong even more than deepika-abhay because that was done deliberately. So management should inquire that angle too instead of selectively putting blame on single person.
FSM management and rules are dead and nobody follow it because its own people who are at responsible position are seem to be avoiding stern action and confrontation.
