No wonder , She makes Aru pay it saying again she will listen and work for him lifelong , phirse palti and tears hospital bills as if his help became invalid and she was free to go to her jeejaji with no clause.

Aru is at the hospital... the side profile pic that Atif bhau released is from the hospital. If you check the IG profile for nishant bhai, he posted a story yesterday i believe where they were in the hospital and the background is the same as the background from Aru's side profile wala bomb released by bhau.
