Sonakshi - both beautiful and talented?

I know she hasn't done too many roles which do justice to her potential and has been a flowerpot. But my point is, she acts well even in those itsy-bitsy roles. I find her both beautiful and talented.

She was amazing in Lootera and I actually thought she deserved the best actress award that year. Soulful, nuanced, subtle, effective.

Do you guys share my opinion that she didn't get her due from Bollywood?

her looks are overrated

I think she is classically beautiful but doesn't confirm to today's norm of supermodelesque beauty standard.

Also gave up too early and stuck to arm candy roles.

She is irrelevant now so clearly something went wrong. She could have provided serious competition for Alia and Deepika in the 2010s but never really had any memorable roles

Average actress at best. Had a great start but couldn't capitalise. Also will be remembered more for her KBC controversy than any of her role barring Lootera & Dabang.
