A normal person with non medical background would understand that she needs ENT surgeon if it's related to her voice and if they wanted them to show Abhi treating her they should have shown him doing his part as cardiac surgeon but his helplessness towards her voice issue that he manged to treat her heart issue but complications in vocal cord cannot be treated by him and him sitting by wall and praying for her well being

I think the point is that 1. He was so distressed 2. He wasn't prepared until Mahima came 3. He will now blame himself if anything happens 4. He might even call off the wedding.

Also his Akshu is in the hospital...and Harsh sent Manjiri away....who will be there for him? Neil? He will need a hug and a cry...who will hold him when he needs to cry? Who will tell him everything will be fine? That's why he is sitting there with Mahadev as the smoke from the incense blows onto his face.

I thought the BG music was going to be Bhole from that Akshay Kumar movie.
