A scene at family court in notary office … Prarthana and Pratham n Aniruddh are waiting . The kids are cool n ready to speak their minds … Aniruddh is tensed about losing custody of the kids . His mother arrives and Kids greet daadi excitedly .
Brigadier madam gives parenting lecture to Aniruddh. He shouts at her as his mother accuses him of killing them following drinking n driving .
They are summoned inside the court , Aniruddh steps in teary eyed .
At 108 BH .. elderly guy Azlan recovers from coma .. he starts probing about guards n on duty guys etc .
Naina is in OT and she dislikes Dr Akash panicking over the patient bleeding to death . Naina warns him to be confident or he will be thrown out of this surgery . Naina asks him to calm down but he is scared of failing . Naina watches as he asks Dr Akash to do the surgery .
Knit gets another patient Kartik to Azlan but the little kid is hesitant to meet him as he remembers how he was plotting dangerous stuff with other guys .
Azlan senses that Kartik had overheard his plans. Azlan grabs Kartik n blackmails him to be silent or his mother Kavita will be killed n he will be beaten up. Kartik is terrified .
At the family court everyone gets surprised as the kids state they would like to live with their chachu . Aniruddh is surprised n teary eyed . His mother Is not disappointed but asks her son to live up to the expectations of the kids n take care of them n himself too . Aniruddh hugs n thanks the kids . They ask him to go n thank Nina aunty as she is the one who influenced them to choose Aniruddh chachu rather than Daadi . FB scene of Naina asking them to think freely n decide who loved n cared for them most .
Back in the OT , Dr Akash does the surgery beautifully n Naina congratulates him on the successful first surgery . He thanks Naina madam for trusting him n boosting his morale . He was shaking nervously when Maj Naina asked him to lead the surgery .
After the surgery they all are treated to drinks n snacks to celebrate Akash’s momentous achievement.
After returning from court , Aniruddh comes to meet Naina but is shocked as he finds Sameer vising Naina and they are having tea n snacks together . Naina catches glimpse of Aniruddh leaving . She meets him n he gifts her box of chocolate sweets n he thanks her for influencing the kids .
Aniruddh is at home n his orderly greets him with the momentous occasion when the kids have chosen him, this is what he always wanted . He misses Naina , he is guilty of ditching her . He curses destiny for posting him here ,,with Naina . He is around her 24*7 but she is not his anymore . His orderly guides him to fight to get back his beloved .
Capt Akash n Capt Singh watch on social media as a Kashmiri girl wins beauty contest. They all have moments of friendly banter then leave for the party arranged by Maj Naina .
It is a local Kashmiri themed party … wazwaan is served traditional way . Wali bhai is the host . His talented son plays the santoor . Mili hs her eyes of Sameer. Aniruddh dreams of past moments with Naina. Wali bhai is treating the hospital doctors as they saved his son’s life .
Capt Jahanvi n Kavita talk of having romance in life . Suryakant too enjoys wazwaan . He thanks Wali bhai for his hospitality. He asks Aniruddh to speak about himself as he is the newest member in this hospital. He tells about his life .. his elder brother’s kids .. he is single in life .. he is keen to start his family … he has changed n ready to take responsibility. Kavita tells Naina his Aniruddh was apologising for his mistakes .. she regrets her own husband never accepted his mistakes . Naina feels conscious as Aniruddh stares at her she leaves the gathering . Sameer helps himself to drinks … Aniruddh declines as he has given up .
Aniruddh catches Naina sitting alone in the garden .. he tries to talk to her but she walks away making an excuse .

The casualty dept of 108 BH are receiving a casualty who has been attacked for winning beauty pageant. She states that being beautiful is a curse .. she pleads them to save her eyes .
Someone has thrown acid at her face n attempted to kill her . She has suffered facial burns n eyes are affected . Naina and Aniruddh discuss how critical her eyes are . Zara pleads docs to save her eyes. Naina assures her they will save her eyes … Aniruddh is against false promises which is impossible to achieve. Naina states they have to help the patient otherwise patient will give up .
They do emergency eye surgery … they do video conferencing with Eye specialist from another hospital . They remove damaged cornea n put artificial lenses under online instructions from the ophthalmologist .
Capt Mili and Maj Sameer accidentally collide in the corridor, she is lost in him but he is thinking of Naina …
Zara’s eye surgery is successful. They saved her eyes .. Aniruddh n Naina are so relieved, everyone claps for the themselves n the team.
Later Naina tells Aniruddh that staying positive always helps in succeeding difficult surgeries , Naina says this is only half the battle , they have to help recover her facial burns too . If she has to go to Miss India beauty contest they have to give her flawless face . Otherwise winning this beauty pageant in Kashmir is of no use .
Kavita suggests she too take the positive moves from Aniruddh’s side n forgive his mistakes n consider him as life partner . Naina ignores Kavita .

As Azlan is planning some terrorist activities , Kartik comes to know about it . Azlan signals him to remain silent . Koitar notices that her son is unusually quiet n did not want to come to hospital with her ..something he always wanted to .
Secret message is received to release Hassan or everyone at 108 BH will be attacked in the same way as Hassan.
Aniruddh is attacked in the OPD and aims shows her concern for him. He gets hopeful that she has feelings for him n proposes to her but she declines saying she had moved on with Sameer . Aniruddh is heart broken .
