How to be a part of BB?

I've been seeing this for many seasons BB mostly picks out different chunnu munnus from different areas. I mean how do they find them? Poster/ leaflet/ ads... what's the way? Or whoever goes to Sallu's doorstep or begs to him? Shehnaj and family got that way we know. But what about the rest? Like this year Rohed Khan, Uditi I checked for them....I saw some of those movies. But I still can't remember where the hell they worked. I mean itni si chhoti character ko BB ne kaise avishkar kiya? 😱😱😱

I checked the social media too....This is the burning question of all the jobless, poor, nautankibaaz, chillanewalons of India . How?
