I think Amitabh Bachchan, Jeetendra, Vinod Khanna, Salman Khan, Manoj Bajpai, SRK (reportedly) got hair transplant done.

Shekhar Suman is also someone who I think got his teeth corrected, got hair transplant, suddenly got 6 pack abs (was it through steroids?), and resorted to botox to look younger.

I read somewhere Aamir got liposuction done to reduce the flab he gained during his 4 year break post Lagaan and he does resort to botox to fade all those wrinkles and fine lines on his face.
