Hi All

How are you doing??? 😛 Its long since we had a debate contest in our section.. So, here is coming up a Live Debate contest.. 👏

As IPL is on swing, the topic for live debate also revolves around the same subject...

And the topic is

Buying players for IPL matches - How fair are they?

How will the contest be conducted

It is very simple.. There will be two teams.. One for and the other one against... There will be 3 participants for each team thus accounting to 6 participants for the debate... So, anyone who is interested, can register their name in this thread and also say to which team they are going to debate for...

We can also discuss here the suitable timing for all the participants.. The thread that will be opened will be open for 48 hours to debate.. Anyone who does not respond to the topic yet had registered, gets disqualified...

The thread will be closed after 48 hours and given to the judges for judgment who will decide which team has won the debate as well as give marks for each debater...

Two debaters getting low marks get disqualified inspite of which team they belong to and the next round will be between the four debaters.. The topic will be given for these four finalists and the same process will be carried over.. Then we will have the final Debate Champion 😃
